SAF Viewports units are for use in low-pressure applications (5 PSI) where 100% shutoff is not required. The Basic Unit Model 59 is made of a carbon steel or stainless steel body and assembled with suitable glass and gaskets for its operating environment. Model No. 20 is currently only available in 309 stainless steel.
The operating environment and heat should be considered when ordering type of steel and glass.
